NFC North
Chicago Bears - Miller Steadily Rising
Quarterback: Mitchell Trubisky (100%)
Running Backs: Tarik Cohen (54%), Jordan Howard (53%)
Wide Receivers: Allen Robinson (95%), Taylor Gabriel (81%), Anthony Miller (74%), Josh Bellamy (11%)
Tight Ends: Trey Burton (75%), Ben Braunecker (23%)
While it has taken some time for rookie wide receiver Anthony Miller to become a trusted part of the offense, his performances over the past four weeks have made him a must-own going forward. The rookie has seen at least six targets in four straight, five catches in two straight, and set a season high by playing 74% of the Chicago Bears' snaps in Week 10. Yet, he's still owned in 15% or fewer Yahoo and ESPN leagues. What gives, people? With matchups against the Packers, Niners, Lions, and Rams remaining -- all bottom-12 defenses versus wideouts over the past five weeks -- he needs to be on your roster.
Detroit Lions - Riddick Rollin'
Quarterback: Matthew Stafford (100%)
Running Back: Kerryon Johnson (71%), Theo Riddick (58%), LeGarrette Blount (13%), Nick Bellore (10%)
Wide Receiver: Kenny Golladay (95%), T.J. Jones (64%), Marvin Jones (62%), Brandon Powell (32%)
Tight Ends: Levine Toilolo (49%), Michael Roberts (42%)
Theo Riddick had 14 catches on 19 targets in the first two games, making those who drafted him as a PPR flex play feel pretty smart. He then, of course, disappeared, dealing with a full backfield, injuries, and a trio of awesome receivers. Golden Tate's move to the Eagles, however, has reinvigorated the pass-catching back. Tate's targets have gone Riddick's way, as Theo has caught 13-of-15 passes for 96 yards over the past two weeks against the Vikings and Bears, both of whom he gets to face again before the fantasy playoffs are over.
Green Bay Packers - Jones Is the Back the Pack Need
Quarterback: Aaron Rodgers (100%)
Running Backs: Aaron Jones (74%), Jamaal Williams (25%)
Wide Receivers: Marquez Valdes-Scantling (95%), Davante Adams (93%), Equanimeous St. Brown (58%)
Tight Ends: Jimmy Graham (68%), Lance Kendricks (61%), Marcedes Lewis (18%)
Look, I'm sure Mike McCarthy knows WAY more about football than you, me, or almost any other fantasy writer you'll ever come across online. Way more. Still, it's perplexing that it took him so dang long to realize that Aaron Jones was the running back that could help give relief to Rodgers and help the team win. Over the past three weeks, Jones has ramped up to 74% of the Packers' snaps. He has 306 yards on 41 carries (7.46 YPC) and 3 touchdowns over those three games. He's a legit RB1 from here on out, and hopefully Mike doesn't forget that.
