Rounding out our top 10 is last year’s breakout wide receiver, Alshon Jeffery. The 6’4”, 230-pound receiving freak finished 2013 with a Reception NEP of 117.41, which was eighth among all wide receivers. Our projections have him doing slightly worse than last year, but nonetheless still being a top receiving option.

Jeffery should make for a low-end WR1 on teams that take a top-tiered running back early in the first round. He has all the physical tools to be an elite receiver, with his main obstacle being that he plays next to an already-established Brandon Marshall. If Jay Cutler and coach Marc Trestman continue to find way to spread the ball around in Chicago, this offense should thrive, due in part to our number 10 wide receiver.
