Brandin Cooks, WR, New Orleans Saints

I still maintain that this rookie receiver class may be the most game-ready and impactful we've ever seen in history. Among those terrifyingly prepared pass-catchers is speed merchant Brandin Cooks, who currently ranks 23rd in average weekly fantasy scoring among wide receivers. He has been a savior for many teams this year, but I still would bench him for Week 11. Cooks has had some fantastic weeks, including three with more than 14 fantasy points, but he has been largely ineffective besides that; the other six games he's played have seen him with fewer than five fantasy points four times. His talent is evident, but his rawness prevents him from full starting territory every week.

It doesn't help him that the Cincinnati Bengals take on the Saints this week, and the Bengals possess the seventh-highest score in our Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP. Even more terrifying, they are limiting opposing fantasy receiver corps to 11 points or less in three of their last four matchups. This is a matchup to avoid in the most textbook definition.
