Wide Receivers

High-Cost Option: DeAndre Hopkins $7,700

As long as DraftKings continues giving DeAndre Hopkins the discount that he's getting, it's difficult to find ways not to include him in your lineups.

Priced as the fifth highest wide receiver, Hopkins has put up 27.1, 27.7, and 30.9 fantasy points in his last three outings finishing as the WR12, WR5, and WR1. Now he squares up against a Jacksonville secondary that's allowing the ninth-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers, but the 12th-most passing yards per game.

Expecting to see a lot of time with Dwayne Gratz and Davon House on the outside, Hopkins should still be routinely peppered with targets as he's now seen 75 total targets over the first five weeks of the season. Hopkins leads all wide receivers in Reception NEP and has the 10th-highest Target NEP. It won't really matter who's covering Hopkins, as the rotating carousel under center for Houston will keep targeting him relentlessly, raising his fantasy value and helping DFS players prosper everywhere.

Mid-Cost Option: Eric Decker $4,900

At a very affordable $4,900, Eric Decker gets to face a soft secondary that continues to battle injuries. The way to beat the Washington Redskins is through the air (unless you've got Devonta Freeman), as they have a slew of injuries to their cornerbacks.

Decker has run 83% of his routes from the slot according to ProFootballFocus, which will likely match him up with Kyshoen Jarrett for most of the afternoon. The 5'10" rookie will have his hands full with the 6'3" Decker, as he's scored a touchdown in each game he's played this season. Decker and Ryan Fitzpatrick have been on the same page so far this season as he has the 10th-highest Reception NEP per Target of all receivers with at least 10 receptions.

The Redskins haven't necessarily been bleeding fantasy points to opposing wide receivers -- they allow the 12th-most fantasy points to them -- but they will be facing a Jets offense that enters as 5.5-point home favorites. The Jets offense runs the sixth-most plays per game (67.2), and should allow Decker to see some quality volume in a passing scheme that throws 54.7% of the time. At under $5,000, we only need Decker to reach 15 fantasy points to hit value, something he could very likely accomplish.

Low-Cost Option: Willie Snead $3,300

The 1-4 New Orleans Saints continue to run their offense through their new favorite target in Willie Snead. Featured in Week 5's DraftKings Helper, Snead was able to hit the 3x value, as he picked up a stat line of 6 receptions and 141 yards against the Eagles last Sunday. A modest $300 price raise shouldn't deter you from going back to the well and reusing Snead in a fantastic matchup this week.

Playing against an Atlanta secondary allowing the fourth-most passing yards per game, Snead could have a field day as he continues to see an increase in both snaps and targets. The Falcons' cornerbacks have been heavily targeted this season (ninth-most), as they're routinely picked on given the team's stout run defense. Over the past two games, Snead has hauled in 12 of 17 targets for 230 yards, entrenching himself as a viable fantasy threat.

GPP Wildcard: Calvin Johnson $7,300

Calvin Johnson -- and the entire Detroit offense -- has underwhelmed much of the season, culminating in a benching of Matthew Stafford last week. I think people will stray a bit away from the Detroit offense as uncertainty sinks in, specifically when there are similarly priced options such as Hopkins, Julian Edelman, and A.J. Green that don't face these types of questions.

Megatron has already seen the toughest part of his schedule, as our Editor-in-Chief JJ Zachariason noted, and now gets to face a struggling pass defense in Chicago that has been taken out to the woodshed by top receivers this season. Only Kansas City has yielded more touchdowns to opposing wide receivers, as the Bears have given up nine on the season through just five games. Calvin continues to see heavy red zone looks seeing 28.6% of the team's red zone pass attempts, and should be able to box out 5'11", 190-pound Tracy Porter with ease on any fade routes. Since offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi's arrival last year, Johnson has shredded the Bears in his last two games (17 catches, 249 yards, 2 touchdowns), and should be able to do it again in a matchup where Johnson might be overlooked by a large majority of the field.

Bonus GPP Wildcard: Ty Montgomery $3,500

If you're a bit reluctant biting on Calvin as a lesser-owned GPP play, Ty Montgomery is someone that should be considerably less owned for your GPP pleasure. Montgomery has taken off since the injury to Davante Adams (still expected to miss Week 6), and as Rich Hribar pointed out in his "The Worksheet: Week 6", Montgomery has played the most snaps among all Green Bay wide receivers the last two weeks running.

This increased opportunity for Montgomery has led to him seeing more touches, as last week he finished with a 4-catch, 59-yard, 1-touchdown stat line for 15.9 fantasy points. San Diego has allowed the fewest fantasy points in the league to opposing wide receivers, and I think that statistic -- the one highlighted in bright red when choosing your players on the DraftKings website -- will cause users to fade Montgomery, making him a somewhat contrarian play. Getting exposure in one of the week's highest projected point totals is never a bad thing, and at $3,500, Montgomery affords you the luxury to go ceiling chasing elsewhere.
