10 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 12
Javorius Allen, RB, Baltimore Ravens
"Next man up" has become a far too common saying around the Baltimore Ravens locker room this year. Now without their projected starting quarterback, running back and both wide receivers, this reeling offense will be forced to look to new faces as they move forward.
With Justin Forsett now out of the picture, Javorius Allen will be one of those new faces, and he will get to take on the generous rush defense of the Cleveland Browns this week.
The Browns' rush defense has not only allowed the most rushing yards to the running back position this season, but they also sit dead last in our Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play. While they have limited teams to only six rushing touchdowns thus far, the matchup is just too good to ignore.
With 34-year-old Matt Schaub now at the helm of this offense, look for Baltimore to attack Cleveland on the ground on Sunday. With the potential for 20-plus touches against this struggling defense, Allen is a must start if you were able to acquire him -- or had the great foresight to have had him rostered previously.
