Marcus Mariota, QB, Tennessee Titans

Another quarterback with a prime matchup in Week 12 is rookie Marcus Mariota. The young quarterback has been very up-and-down this season but has fared well against weaker opponents all year.

Despite last week's decent showing, the Oakland Raiders have the second worst Adjusted Defensive NEP per play in the league. Additionally, the Raiders have allowed the fourth most fantasy points to the quarterback position.

Mariota is at his best when utilizing his primary target, tight end Delanie Walker, which just so happens to coincide with Oakland's biggest area of weakness. Look for him to continue to pepper Walker with targets in an attempt to exploit the Raiders' weak safeties.

The Oregon product does carry more risk than Hoyer, as he has struggled to find the end zone at times, but with that risk comes immense upside.
